Rules for using this board

1.: Choice of nicknames:
To create an account you can choose a nickname you like. But it`s important to note that you can`t use a legally protected brand.

1.1.: Doubleaccounts:
To create more than one account for the same member is not allowed. Every misuse of the rules in regard to the use of more than one account per member leads to the close-down of all concerned accounts and the permanent exclusion of the member from this board.

1.2.: activity at the forum:
Every account of members who don`t log in and / or write something during the next 60 days after the registration will be cancelled.

1.3.: write postings:
We don`t take reponsibility for the contents of the postings the users of the forum write. Every user is responsible for himself that his postings doesn`t violate the law or the right of other people. This is valid for the posting and also for included links.

2.:
We interdict explicit to write postings with rassistic, pornographic or inhuman contents and those which violates morality. The same is valid for avatars or profile-pictures which contains those contents. We also interdict explicit the distribution of illegal copies.

2.1.:
The annoyance of other members, for example with private messsages (verbal slander, threat) are explicit not allowed! If you will be annoyed from another member please contact the administrator immediately! Your informations will be handled confidential of course.

2.2: Publishing of private messages:
The publishing of private messages through a member of this forum without the permission of the author is invasive and not allowed.

2.3.: Accepting other opinions:
Please respect the opinions of all other members!

3.:
We reserve our right to withdraw members the right to write postings occasionally or full, or to close-down accounts if the member infriges the rules for this board, if there will be no upturn after abmonishing by the administration. If there`ll be a massive infrigement, the administration reserve it`s right to take further steps against the initiator.

4.:
We reserve our right to delete postings or themes without a description of the reason if we consider this for advisable and / or when these themes or postings are

-cleared / completed
-outdated
-infriging the peace of this board
-violating the rules of this board
-annoying or interfering the working process of this board
-estranging topics by posting off-topics or by posting disputes, if there will be no upturn after abmonishing by the administration

5.:
Because we can`t control this forum permanently it can happen that we don`t notice unrequested contents instantly. If you notice those contents, you can inform us by email or with the memo-function.

6.:
To issue a new theme please notice the following points:

-every new theme has got to have a caption
-other members should understand the content of the theme
-please use punctuation marks
-please use other colours and / or sizes for the script (can be changed by the user) to bring out headlines or special passages
-please check out that the same theme isn`t existing at the board already, if you doubt use the search-function

6.1.:
Please don`t issue double- or multiple-postings!

6.2:
Please don`t write postings composing of 2 words only!


6.3.:
It`s not allowed to post whole articles in outsized or tiny script!

6.4.:
Every user is allowed to upload self-created photos, screenshots or drawings in the intended thread. Artworks or drawings of other originators must have the permission of the originator to be uploaded into the forum.

7.:
Please notice that we are not responsible for the contents of the articles / postings. We don`t provide for the identity of the author, the correctness or the capability of appropriation of the informations posted in this forum. The articles / postins express the opinion of the author, they don`t have to agree with our opinion.

8.:
The transmission of the password to other members is not allowed!

9.:
It`s not allowed to use this forum for commercial advertising, spam or chain letters. Advertising for private websites, role-playing, fantasy-products etc. is allowed to post in special marked areas into this forum.

10.:
Please notice not to violate the right of other members / persons. By posting contents or links to pictures which are owned by other persons the declaration of the source is a liability.

11.:
The saved personal informations made at the registration won`t be handed on other persons or used for compiling spam-emails-lists by us.

12.:
The instruction of the administration has to obey in all cases!
